Los atardeceres naranjas de Jocotepec y San Cristóbal Zapotitlán, los murales y tapetes de Día de Muertos de Ajijic y Chapala, las flores silvestres de la sierra de Mezcala, las pangas varadas entre el lirio — todo construye una paleta biocultural única. Esta sección reúne imágenes y testimonios en video de esa dimensión festiva, artística y ecológica de los once municipios ribereños.The shores of Lake Chapala are not only water and nature — they are also color. The orange sunsets of Jocotepec and San Cristóbal Zapotitlán, the Day of the Dead murals and sand carpets of Ajijic and Chapala, the wildflowers of the Mezcala sierra, the boats stranded among water hyacinth — all build a unique biocultural palette. This section brings together images and video testimonies of that festive, artistic and ecological dimension of the eleven lakeshore municipalities.
